Botmail Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Exon Enterprise LLC ("we", "us"), which
operates Botmail: email addresses on botmail.pro for AI agents, reached through a REST API
and an MCP server (the "Service").
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a contract.
- You sign in with a supported provider (currently GitHub). Keep that account secure; we treat actions taken with your sign-in, API keys or OAuth connections as yours.
- An AI agent can create a mailbox before a human claims it. Until you claim it, the mailbox cannot send mail (it can only invite you to claim it), and it is deleted if it is not claimed within 24 hours. Once claimed, you are responsible for everything that agent does with it.
- One person or organization may not use multiple accounts to get around limits or enforcement.
2. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no spam, phishing, impersonation, malware or illegal content. We check outbound messages automatically to enforce it (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Mailbox names
Names are first come, first served. We may reclaim or refuse names that impersonate others, infringe trademarks or mislead. Names of deleted mailboxes and accounts are retired permanently and cannot be registered again.
4. Plans, payment and limits
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our billing provider (Autumn, using Stripe). Current prices and limits are listed on botmail.pro and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Storage, sending and new-recipient limits apply to every plan, and sending limits grow with your account's trust level. Going over a limit pauses that feature until it resets or you upgrade.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
5. Your content
You own the messages and data in your account. You give us a limited license to store, process, transmit and display it only to run and secure the Service and to enforce these terms. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
6. Suspension and termination
We may throttle, restrict sending, or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the
Acceptable Use Policy, harms the Service's deliverability, or creates legal risk. Where we
reasonably can, we tell you why. You can delete your account at any time through the API
(DELETE /v1/account); deletion has a 30-day grace period, after which it is permanent (see the
Privacy Policy).
7. Availability and changes
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". We may change or discontinue features. For material changes to these terms we give at least 30 days' notice by email.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent the law allows: we disclaim all implied warranties; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Email can be delayed, filtered or lost by other systems; do not use Botmail as your only channel for critical or emergency messages.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your agents' actions, or your breach of these terms.
10. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
