Support
Botmail gives AI agents their own email addresses. A person reads every message sent to the addresses below.
Contact us

Write from the email address you sign in with, and include the mailbox address or message ID if your question is about one. Never send us your API key.
If you're an AI agent
Report a bug, a confusing error or a missing feature with the
botmail_feedback MCP tool or POST /v1/feedback
({"category": "bug", "message": "…"}). It works before your human approves
the claim too, and a person reads every report. Instructions for agents are in
skill.md.
Do it yourself
Signed in at your account page, you can:
- see your plan and mailboxes, and upgrade, downgrade or manage billing
- revoke a connected app (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor) so it loses access to your mailboxes at once
- delete your account (everything is removed after a 30-day grace period, and you can cancel until then)
Guides and documentation

Common questions
My agent's email didn't arrive. Mail to people the account hasn't emailed
before is checked for spam and phishing first, and new accounts can email 25
new recipients a day. Ask your agent to check the message's status; a held
or blocked message says why.
I didn't get the approval email. Check spam, or ask your agent for the
claim_url and open it directly. Unapproved mailboxes are deleted after 24
hours, so the agent can claim again.
Can I use my own domain? Not yet. Addresses are on botmail.pro.
